Measures taken to protect you

Your safety and comfort come first because we want the best for our guests. We do everything we can to ensure a safe holiday.

Our staff is trained to apply all precautionary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We will take into account all future regulations and ordinances in the field of tourism.

Implemented measures

All persons who will enter the incitement of Villa Ducu, insofar as they give their consent, their body temperature is measured. The temperature will be measured using a non-contact thermometer. According to the law, access is not allowed to persons whose body temperature, measured at the entrance to the premises, exceeds 37.3 degrees Celsius.

At the entrance to the reception you will find disinfectants. We use disinfectants approved by the competent authorities. We disinfect and clean frequently touched surfaces several times a day.

We have placed properly marked trash cans for the disposal of protective equipment (masks, gloves, etc.).

Please respect the social distance from other hotel guests.

According to HG 432/2021, annexe 3, art. 6, point 9, the occupancy of tourist reception structures with tourist accommodation functions is limited to a maximum of 70%.

Room

All surfaces in the rooms are cleaned, wiped and disinfected with professional antibacterial products approved by the Ministry of Health. Cloths and cleaning cloths are changed after each cleaned room. The maids will follow all internal cleaning procedures.

We limited the room cleaning service during our stay. The maid will enter the occupied rooms only to dispose of the daily garbage, in the absence of the guest.

Linen and towels are not changed during the stay. In special situations, if the guest requests a change of linen and towels during the stay, the maid performs these activities when the guest is not in the room, without touching the guest’s objects or other surfaces in the room.

By washing and drying at high temperatures, then ironing we ensure the disinfection of linen, towels and bathrobes in the rooms. We use professional detergents and disinfectants, approved by the Ministry of Health.

We removed all informational and advertising materials (folders, menus, pens, etc.) from the rooms and made them available online on the hotel’s website.

For safety reasons, we removed the tea and coffee facilities from the rooms to avoid contamination.

We recommend that you stay in the room and notify the reception in case you feel unwell.

Online check-in

You can check in online 1 day before the accommodation, from wherever you are, with the help of a device connected to the internet (phone, tablet, laptop).

Please observe the markings and indications regarding the prevention rules, which you will find displayed in the hotel spaces.

Check in at reception

Surfaces and equipment (keyboard, telephone, payment / recording devices, cards) are disinfected after each use.

You can choose to do all the check-in procedures at check-in to make the check-out procedure easier and faster.

Check out

During the check-out procedure, please leave the access cards in the designated area of ​​the reception.

Staff

Our employees attended the course of “Additional measures in the state of alert in conjunction with Decision 24/2020 and Law 55/2020”.

The health of employees is monitored daily. According to safety and prevention regulations, we take the temperature of all employees at the beginning of the program.

Personal data collected and / or processed
In accordance with the legislation in force, by Law no. 677 of 21 November 2001 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, following the establishment of measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19), as well as recommendations from the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection , of the provisions of Decision no. 6/2020 on the approval of additional measures to combat the new Coronavirus, of the provisions of Decree no. 195/2020 regarding the establishment of the state of emergency on the Romanian territory, of the provisions of O.U.G. no. 70/2020, we request your consent for the collection and processing of the following personal data:

    • Name and surname
    • Body temperature

Duration of data storage in databases:
The personal data mentioned above will be used only for the purposes mentioned and will be maintained in the database of Villa Ducu until the Romanian authorities decide to end the pandemic generated by Coronavirus Acute Respiratory Syndrome 2 (abbreviated SARS-CoV-2), officially named by the WHO generator of COVID 19 disease, then they will be destroyed.
