If you notice any malfunction or missing accessory in the room equipment, please notify the hotel reception.

Damage caused by guests to any inventory item of Vila Ducu entails their material liability regarding payment of damages at the values displayed in the inventory list, found in the room folder or on the property’s website. The hotel reserves the right to charge for any item taken by the guest from the hotel. If such damage/destruction is observed after the guest’s departure (without the guest having previously notified the hotel), the hotel reserves the right to recover the value of the damage by charging the guest’s credit card, provided as a guarantee.

The use of household appliances/kitchen utensils (kettle, stove, etc.) within the hotel is prohibited.

It is strictly forbidden to light any fire source, including candles, fireworks and/or incense sticks inside the hotel and will result in penalties worth 100 euros (the value in lei will be calculated at the NBR exchange rate on the day of payment).

The card activates electricity — insert it into the slot next to the door.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. To turn the system on/off, to change the temperature or device settings, please use the remote control.

A free safe is available in each room. Please store your valuables and documents in it. We do not assume any responsibility for objects forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen on the premises of Vila Ducu.

In each hotel room you will find an ironing board. If you need an iron, please contact Reception. An iron will be made available to you. The service is free.

Traditional smoking and electronic cigarettes (including vaping) are prohibited throughout the entire property (accommodation rooms and common areas) in accordance with applicable legislation in force (Law 349/2002 amended and supplemented by Law 15/2016). We inform you that each room has detection sensors that detect cigarette smoke and trigger the fire alarm.
Vila Ducu only has non-smoking rooms. If the provisions of this regulation are not respected, a fee of 150 euros/night will be applied (the value in lei will be calculated at the NBR exchange rate on the day of payment), representing room cleaning services.

We love animals, but pets are not allowed inside the villa.

We do not practice a special dress code, but we recommend decency and respect towards both other guests and staff.

Access to the restaurant and common areas of the hotel (lobbies, terraces, reception, etc.) is not permitted in swimwear.

It is forbidden to serve other food/drinks purchased from outside the restaurant in the hotel room.

Access with large inflatable beach accessories (mattresses, armchairs, etc.) in inflated condition inside the hotel is prohibited.

Discrimination is prohibited within Vila Ducu. We do not tolerate and do not agree with discrimination of any kind (race, color, religion, nationality, gender, marital or social status, age, ethnic origins or people with disabilities).

Vila Ducu reserves the right to refuse accommodation or restaurant service to customers who are intoxicated, impolite or disruptive who, through their attitude and behavior, harm the hotel’s image or disturb other guests.

Please keep quiet and do not disturb the peace of other tourists during rest hours (between 22:00 and 08:00).

Please do not run or practice various sports in the common areas or hotel corridors.

For the safety of our guests, we have taken all safety and protection measures in case of fire.
Smoke detectors and evacuation plans are present in each room and common area. On the inside of the door you will find the evacuation plan indicating the room on the floor and marking the nearest emergency exit.
In common areas there are fire extinguishers, luminous indicators for evacuation routes and evacuation plans.
Evacuation routes are properly marked, in accordance with current legislation, with luminous elements, powered non-stop by separate energy sources.

Parties and loud music are not allowed.

Environmental protection is a permanent concern at Vila Ducu. We are aware of how important environmental protection is and we are committed to minimizing the impact of our operations on the environment. We try to reduce pollution, emissions and waste.
We use energy-efficient LED lighting to minimize electricity consumption.
We use solar panels to provide the necessary domestic hot water.
Bedding and towels are changed every 2 days of accommodation or upon customer request. To signal the change of bedding or towels, guests are asked to leave them on the floor in the bathroom. Please do not use towels or bedding for: wiping dyed hair, removing makeup, cleaning shoes, suitcases, floors, etc. Towels should be used strictly for body use.

Parking is free, subject to available spaces. Please park your vehicle so that you occupy only one parking space and do not block other vehicles.
